Start the conversation
Drop me a message — by phone, email, WhatsApp, or through the contact form. Tell me a little about what you’re planning, or just say hello if you’re not sure where to begin. There’s no pressure, no obligation, and no awkward sales call.
Find a time that works
Once we’ve made first contact, we’ll find a time to talk properly — usually within a few days. For funerals, I’ll always try to be quicker. Whether that’s a phone call, a video chat, or a meeting in person, we’ll do whatever feels easiest for you.
A real conversation
This is where we actually get into it. You’ll tell me about the person, the day, or the moment you’re planning. I’ll listen, ask gentle questions, and explain how I work. By the end of the call, you’ll know if we’re a good fit — and if so, we’ll talk through the next steps and the practical bits (timing, costs, terms).

Where I Work
Based in Aberdeen, I travel across Aberdeenshire and the North East — typically within two hours. Common areas include Stonehaven, Banchory, Royal Deeside, Inverurie, Westhill, Portlethen and Ellon. If you’re nearby but not on the list, ask — I’ll usually say yes.
